Smile Cliniq will request deposits for all treatments and examinations booked in person, over the phone or online.

For general and cosmetic dental appointments – If you need to change or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment your full deposit will be refunded.

For Specialist appointments – If you need to change or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment your full deposit will be refunded.

If the cancellation is less than 24 or 48 hours or if you do not attend your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

The deposit amount will be deducted from your overall bill on the day of your appointment.

By paying the deposit and booking an appointment online you agree to the above statements.
