Consultation available for Smile Direct Club Patients

Since Smile Direct Club have liquidated they have left many patients stranded mid treatment and unsure what to do and how to continue their clear aligner treatment.

We are sorry you are faced with such failure from a company you trusted. A similar thing happened with Finest Dental and Your Dentist last year, leaving lots of patients half way through or treatment not even started.

We hope the Government looks into this, you cannot leave medical and dental
patients without treatment like this through no fault of their own.

We at Smile Cliniq have a lot of experience with clear aligners including Invisalign and other non branded aligners.

If you are mid-treatment with Smile Direct Club and are looking for someone to continue your treatment we can certainly look into this for you.

For cleaning aligner while you are waiting, you can try this

For clear aligner treatment already started with Smile Direct Club (some aligners already in your possession):

1. Call us on 02073281200 / 02083431133 and inform the receptionists that you are a Smile Direct patient and want to book an initial consultation with one of our expert dentists. The cost of the initial assessment is £95.

2. Bring with you any documents you have with regards to your treatment. Initial treatment plans, scans or anything relevant provided by SmieDirectClub.

3. Discuss your desired outcome and your dentist will give you the options available.  We use a range of clear aligner companies that will be able to straighten your teeth under a careful care of your dentist.

For treatment started but no aligners received from Smile Direct Club:

1. You need to try and claim any monies paid already (if paid) from SmileDirectClub

2. If you still wish to have the clear aligner treatment please contact us on 02073281200 / 02083431133 and inform the receptionists that you are a SmileDirect patient and want to book an initial consultation with one of our expert dentists. The cost of the initial assessment is £95.

***Important***Please Note:

• By attending the initial consultation, Smile Cliniq dentists will assess your current ongoing treatment and suggest the best course of treatment.

• Smile Cliniq may be able to carry on the clear aligner treatment by using an alternative clear aligner provider and will need to order new sets of aligners.

• Smile Cliniq will charge appropriately depending on the amount of aligners needed to complete your treatment.

• Smile Cliniq is not in any way affiliated with SmileDirectClub company and any money you paid with them will have to be claimed from them.
